SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
For us as a company, our highest priority is the satisfaction of our valued customers, which is why we offer a 30-day return period.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO QUALITY APPROVAL BY OUR WAREHOUSE
- Returns are refunded via store credit. Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your items.
- Please ensure you pack your orders separately, as returning multiple orders in a single package will take longer than usual to process your request.
- You will not receive credit for any ineligible items.
- To process an exchange or credit, garments must have all original tags attached and must not have any alterations; otherwise, the process will not be completed.
- They must also be in perfect condition.
- Free of odors and stains. We kindly suggest that you do not use perfumes or deodorants when trying on garments.
- For hygiene reasons, we ask that you wear underwear when trying on our garments. Any garment returned worn or soiled will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items or lingerie.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, or the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
